We are a local, Inverness based training provider, specialising in delivering a range of training courses and advisory services to local hotels, restaurants, pubs and cafes.
We offer SVQs in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership, Customer Service, Food and Drink Service, Professional Cookery, Reception/Front Office and Housekeeping.
We also deliver the mandatory courses, approved by REHIS and SQA, to keep you on the right side of the Environmental Health, Health and Safety and Licensing Regulations.
On Track Business Training
We offer SVQs in Management – levels 3 and 4, and the Learning and Development SVQs at levels 3 and 4
Customer Service SVQs at Levels 2 and 3 are now available across sectors
We also offer standalone Assessor and Verifier units L&D 9 and 11 (previously A1 and V1)
We also offer the National Progression Award in Enterprise and Employability, suitable for unemployed people looking to get back into work, or those wishing to improve their skills. This provides learners with the skills to find a job, a CV, interview practice, and some thought provoking ideas on self employment. Please ask for more details.
